David Krejci had two goals and an assist to lift the Boston Bruins past the Buffalo Sabres 4-3 in Game 6 of their Eastern Conference quarterfinals series on Monday night. Boston won as -135 home favorites, while the teams played OVER the 5-goal total posted by oddsmakers. Mark Recchi and Miroslav Satan put up a goal and an assist apiece for the Bruins, who won the best-of-seven series 4-2. Thomas Vanek, Patrick Kaleta, and Nathan Gerbe scored for Buffalo, which was outshot 32-30 by Boston in the loss. |
